An introduction and a new guitar
Hi everyone, I have been lurking around here for long enough I thought I ought to say hi and introduce myself with the latest guitar I have built.
This is my small jumbo shape. The guitar has a 13th fret neck joint, Koa back and sides, Sitka top, ebony and Koa headstock and bridge, ebony fingerboard and maple binding with an arm bevel. My guitars aren't usually this ornamented but if was a fun project and the customer is happy!       I am based in South Wales, I've been building and repairing guitars for the last 7 years since graduating from uni where I studied instrument making and repair, apologies to any fellow Brits who have seen these pictures already; I popped them up on a UK forum yesterday Rich

I didn't get chance to record this guitar, no sooner was it strung up than it's owner came to whip it away!
