Assisting a neighbor sell her husband's 1967 D18 acoustic dreadnaught guitar. The guitar has been stored for over 10 years. It is in need of some TLC - neck reset, fret dress, re-glue bridge, one top crack repaired, new pickguard, general clean-up. It is in generally good condition with strong bones. Would make for a great project or buy it right, fix it up and you could have a nearly 60 year old Martin for less than the going rate. Includes period correct case. Please review the pictures carefully. I have tried to document as much as possible. Local sale only.
