The B&W for me. That said, and IMHO, I think it would benefit from taking the highlights down a little, the shadows up a little and some added contrast to give it a little more pop.

IDK what photo editing you're using, but it might be interesting if you could use b&w for everything else and color for the guitar. Just my 2 cents.

I'd use the B&W,
I like that touch vignette you added around the perimeter I'd crank down the brightness, and add some more contrast. |
