Afternoon jam sessions twice a week since restrictions eased a bit couple weeks ago.

10-12*C / 50-55*F is on the edge of comfortable or numb fingers after one hour or after two hours.

Glorious to play together outdoors.

I worked/lived just north of Boston for a few years in the mid 2000s. For two consecutive summers, every week-end I would drive to the NH White Mountains to hike. I hiked over half of the 48 4000 footers. I always wanted to make it to VT to do some hikes there but never made it. I know it's beautiful though.

Time of year ideal conditions in either hemisphere. Beautiful autumn weather here, 23-27 deg C (75-80 F) sunny days & cool mornings. Having casual Good Friday at home working in yard & prepping my trailbike (Yamaha wr250f) for a ride around some firetrails & forest roads tomorrow & road bike (Ducati 800) for some country backroads on Easter Monday with some friends. Family time Sunday. That's the plan anyway .

Today it was 77 in my part of Las Vegas so I did all the pool stuff - cleaned filters, did all the chemical stuff then went inside, showered and promptly fell asleep after lunch. At least it's done and I don't have to do it this weekend when it'll be 93F!

Can't wait to get to mid May when I retire and move to northern Nevada where it's almost always at least 10 degrees cooler and they actually have water fall from the sky!!

Best,
PJ

We had snow the other day, but this weekend is calling for milder weather. We’ll be out on the patio under the stars tonight sitting around the fire pit with friends.

That sounds so good! Nothing like a fire on a clear night with good friends and a few good beverages of choice! Throw in some acoustics and voices and there it is

We spent a lovely spring day at our seasonal campsite in western NC, cleaning up after the winter and doing some prep work for siting the RV. Just a couple of more weeks, and we'll be up there for the summer. It's about 10 degrees cooler in ath mountains than the very warm summers in central NC, so we really enjoy it. Last year we didn't even turn on the AC in the camper. Maybe this year we can actually have some folks over around the firepit and grill dinner. We sure missed that last summer.

Wow, it's cold out there. 17F with the windchill today. Just stepped outside and it's far too cold for Easter.

Lovely Easter here in the mid-Atlantic — sunshine, blue skies and temps on the 60s.

I wish that were so but our group focuses on consumption, often to excess.

Ideal weather last week, although a little cooler this weekend, just below you in Elk Grove. Aside from allergies, I love spring in our corner of the world... longer daylight, warmer weather, easier to do things outside. And I've got the solar turned on, so we can get into the pool, once things get a little warmer.

Yup, it was the deciding factor to move out here for us. We let summer slip in on us

Sunny and about 80 today, so I rolled one of the Harleys out and took a really nice 100 mile round trip ride out on the country back roads...everything is greening up and blooming beautifully...
