Barre Chord Exercises or Drills
Well after some time I have my barre chords finally ringing out nicely. I now need some exercises or drills to help with the changes. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also when doing exercises or drills and changing between different barre chords do you think it is more beneficial to leave the barre finger down and slide it or take it away?

Might as well practice what you are most likely to come across in most popular music, i.e. common chord progressions in different keys. A simple example, I-IV-V-I in the keys of F and E. Lots of different common progressions out there.

Ditto the above. I also find value in position changes, up and down the neck.

I play Gordon Lightfoot's 'Carefree Highway' over and over and ... well you get the picture.
It has the A to F# to Bm. |
