Well let me bump in, just to say that yes, the neck is Myrtle. Center stringer is Bocote, correctly identified, and used to match the bindings.
The other laminations are Myrtle, obviously from two different boards. Every piece of Myrtle is unique, and getting a shipment in can be like a smorgasbord. It makes a stellar guitar wood, and it’s good looking to boot.
This guitar was a joy to build, and would make a fine addition to someone’s acoustic stable.

Your necks are ridiculous. There was a seller on here a couple months ago witha similar model. I guess he was taking a shot to show "action". It was so close up to the wood that you could not make out what it was. It looked like the most intricate piece of furniture I've ever seen.
