Juber Rainbow Tab

I've been looking for a short 1-2 page tab for Jubers, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". I understand it was in a 2006 issue of Guitar World.

Does anyone have a copy or know where I can get one? I'd be happy to share something from my collection as thanks.
