Default "April" in April

An old recording I did that happens to be named for the current month. A little more mixed melodies and structure than some of my stuff.

Loved that Derek and listened a few times. Really retained my interest all the way through with, as you say, the mixed melodies and structure - excellent

Very enjoyable, awesome playing. I can notice some "bossa nova" in the process among other variations. Top Notch.

So the RME serves as your mic pre and the Mytek does the A/D converting (and over-rides the conversion from the RME?). Do you have to put in a certain order to make this happen?

Oops, I forgot to list the preamp I was using - Great River MP-2MH. Added it to prior post.

The RME basically serves as an input device and mixer and I get to use RME's Digicheck analyzer.

The Mytek sends a digital signal to the RME. The RME synchs to the Mytek.

Current gear I use now includes Gefell M295 mikes, and a NPGN preamp. Plus acoustic panels (ATS) are now on the walls.

Beautifully played Derek, your jazz chops still shining. I listened with my best headphones, and then listened again... stellar recording. I miss my old SLO Town, glad you are still holding the fort.
