I went with the straighter grained back and sides. I think for the top I am going to go with a more natural finish like the one pic below (NL with tunnel tones too from about 3 years ago). I have a K35 so have the killer kevin burst. These woods are just so spectacular I may keep it simple. I’m also doing maple bindings and rosette.

I am currently slated for May 25, but kevin let me know he has a spot for me for November this year….i may pull the trigger.

The second set with the #12 on it.

That is a very nice set for Honduran Rosewood, as it is very hard to find well quartered sets of it anymore.

Take that second set in a flash, and best of luck on your new guitar!!!

You have the makings of a great guitar there, builder, beautiful back and side set, and I love me some Redwood top!
