That guitar is simply stunning! While the Brazilian is certainly beautiful to behold as a tinkerer I'm fawning over the last pic of the back of the headstock. I admire how he integrated a diamond volute into the back plate and how the "stripes" on the laminated neck make it all pop. I really admire the work he put into the mitering and how perfect that gloss finish looks.
As a player I know that I'll never get to play one of these but I imagine that it sounds wonderful. Congratulations and I hope you get to play it and its predecessor in good health.

Wow, that guitar looks delicious. If I ever have a chance to own a guitar from a boutique builder it would be an Olson.
Never played one or even seen one in person but somehow I know it would be a good fit for me. Congrats...post some sound clips!!! |

This is a very beautiful Olson. If I ever have the chance to order one that would be this particular wood combo. Such a legendary luthier. Congratulations!!!!!
