I think the suggestion is that the guitar player is a pizza delivery guy. Personally, I find the joke very insulting.

I know some very intelligent pizza delivery guys (rimshot)

Agreed, Jeff. Some pizza delivery guys are just too intelligent to be guitar guitars.

Why don't they make a guitar out of Hollywood?
