What a ripoff upcharging 50% just for a pickup and EQ. That’s intolerable. I’m offended.

I have mixed feelings on things like this from a humanitarian standpoint... And I promise I am not judging any of you... but here goes my thinking.

If you are only able to afford an instrument like this, then by all means... this is capitalism working... every though i wouldn't have high hopes for what you buy.

But most of the folks here on this forum... well we are can and do afford more than a $40 dread. A $250 dread is one thing.... but a $40 one? By buying these, we are encouraging further production of these. Think of how much the labor is getting paid to make this stuff. $2 bucks a day? how old are the workers? Do we want to encourage this?

Forgive my soapbox... do what you like... but this is an open forum here, and so i figured i am entitled to state my point of view.
