Default Martin 1939 D-18 Authentic Aged

Took one of these off the wall and thought at first I had a vintage D-18 in my hands. Checked top lacquer, shrunken old paper thin tortoise under finish pickguard, convincing scarring below the pickguard. Relatively high action, but played and sounded great. Surprised to find I had a new guitar in my hands.

Yeah, Martin's Authentics are great.
Wish the prices were authentic though.
