Default Goodman, L5, Style, electric Archtop

This was a recent commission based on a Gibson L5 shape.
I usually don’t do this much electronics -as a matter fact I think it’s the only Archtop I have ever made with two pickups.
Hand carved solid wood, top and back
Sitka spruce top.
Quilted Maple back and sides
Curly maple neck with Gibson style truss rod.
Gaboon Ebony, fretboard, tailpiece, pickguard and head veneers.
25 -1/4” scale
Kent Armstrong. Custom made pick ups.
Gotoh 510 tuners with Ebony knobs fabricated by Bill Wise/Charis acoustic

Default Beautiful!

I’ve owned a couple Gibson L5 guitars, years ago.
One was a Jim Triggs era.
That is a beautiful job on a classic pattern.
