HX Stomp not getting signal
I just got me a HX Stomp, and I might be doing something wrong, but I would like to know if any of you have experienced something similar.
I plugged my guitar (HFN Schatten Passive) into the L/Mono Input, and a Headphone on the Headphone out, to create a preset. But I couldn't hear anything! Then, I put the HX into the Tuner mode, and it didn't did nothing! There were no signal, I guess. I have updated it to the last firmware. Am I missing something? Thank you, everybody!

Hi Rodrigo.
Not sure but you need to make sure your inputs and outputs are set up correctly. Ill have to look at mine again Read the manual. in .there is a phones/ monitor part. normally this is set to main l/r. its on page 41. Input should be set to inst. output to main lr. Ive never used the headphone out. There is also a volume control setting that determines what the volume knob on the stomp outputs to. if its just set to phones your main outs are at unity gain always. This stomp is pretty intuitive. It was nos plugged on the wrong place. And it is not the volume knob, as well (it's on the maximum, and the tuner is not getting any signal, also).
I could hear a little of my signal when I reinstalled the drivers of HX Stomp on my macbook air. It was fine for about 5 minutes. I was starting to create my sound in it, then the sound disappeared again. I did a ticket at Line6. I hope it is not a problem with the HX Stomp itself... because it was bought in the USA (and I'm from Brazil... so returning is not a good option). But thank you, guys, for the help!
