KOTTKE HEARING PROBLEM?

I went to see him at the El REY theater last night and what a great night it was. As has been discussed he talks a lot between numbers. Some of that is caused by the length he tunes, but does his hearing problems cause the long delays? I have only about 25% in my left ear and it sometimes takes me longer that others to get in tune. With these hearing problems this is remarkable achievement for anybody to reach the level that he has. PT of The Who has problems with hearing as many form rockers do. But Leo has always had these problems.
