A Martin 000Jr-10, $499. Can't beat the quality for the price. Same w/ the Martin D Jr-10, still a small guitar, $499 as well.

There is a 000CJR-10E w/ a cutaway for $649

I gigged w/ a Martin D Jr. for awhile. Nice instrument, easy to play.

scroll down to VIDEOS and watch the davy knowles vid.
these guitars are everywhere now for under $600.
i don't own one, but i'd say they're a no-brainer.
just my opinion, mind you.
Great demo vids. Watch the one with Justin Johnson - holy cow, great playing and I wonder what amp he was playing that through. Cool guitars.

I just bought one of the PRS P20E's, and it's a cool little guitar that's fun to play and sounds good plugged in. However, the nut width is 1 &11/16, I think the OP is looking for a 1.75". The neck on the PRS is kind of flat and wide, but the nut width is a little thin if you're looking for the 1.75.

i expect it's just me, but i literally cannot imagine caring about a sixteenth of an inch difference.
ADAPT, is my viewpoint.

that being said, you're right; it's NOT exactly what was requested.
shrug.
okay.
i guess some players would really care.

yeah ; that little bit of a difference should not matter. between 1 11/16 or 1 3/4 my old D28 is 1 11/1 6 and i can feel the difference .. weird huh? I really prefer 1 3/4 at the nut ,and a small body ,prefer a cutaway .

Hey, I totally get it. If the little PRS had a 1.75” nut it would probably be my ideal gigging guitar. Look at the Martin Road Series, it seems they all have the 1.75 nut width and they’re great guitars at an affordable price.
