While not high end, my S&P is a short scale (24.84) adi/hog and I like GHS vintage bronze so much I haven’t tried anything else.

I think John Pearse phosphor bronze are my overall favorites for my Fairbanks, though I haven’t put D’Addario nickel bronze on yet.

For my Bourgeois AT Mahogany D I've found that Martin Retros are my favorites, I use John Pearse Phosphor Bronze strings for all of my other guitars, but none of those are adi/mahogany,

Santa Cruz low tensions are wonderful and last for 6 months.

John Pearce PB for the 12 fret John Arnold and Martin GE. Used them for decades now.

How do the Santa Cruz light or mid-tension string designation equate to the standard 12s or 13s?
