Default [SOLD] Bourgeois Banjo Killer Slope Dread - Video (Near Mint, 2016)

Video & more photos! https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZxZnTtMeXTCm66Mx7

This Bourgeois Banjo Killer Slope D was purchased new old stock from a dealer earlier this year, then traded through AGF, and then listed on Reverb where I bought it last week. It still has new guitar smell - Let’s get this fine instrument into a long-term home!

I’m selling because I’m still dipping my toes into this tier of higher end instruments I’m finding that I prefer a 1 ¾” nut OM, even though the neck feels great on this guitar - it’s more my right hand and the amount of fingerpicking that I do.

I can easily see this becoming someone’s lifer guitar. It’s an awesome sounding, great playing guitar that as SoundPure said in a review of the same model sounds like a “cannon that shoots pianos.” Hear the fullness and growl of open chords in the attached video. This is prime spruce/mahogany tone and a very responsive feel.

In near mint condition (it was listed as mint when I bought it on Reverb) save for some light wear on the headstock. I did my best to capture that in the photos. If you look at the exact right angle at the pickguard you can see some light marks but not more than I'd expect if you bought it from a store floor - See if you can even spot them in the photos.

Asking $SOLD to help recoup my costs. Open to trades for Adirondack and mahogany OMs (and maybe bubinga or maple - not much of a rosewood guy). Curious about Bourgeois OMs, Collings OM1AT, or a Franklin OM.

Links to my Reverb and Ebay profiles with 100% positive feedback available on request.

Note: I’ll be listing this on Reverb at a higher price to cover their fees.

This includes the original case in excellent condition.

I’ve played this exact guitar and will vouch for it all day long. Big sound that csn handle the heaviest hand but also has the most beautiful tone when being played with a gentle hand. GLWS.
