PENDING TRADE
Alright all you parlor guitar fans, here's a gorgeous little Larrivee for your consideration. Spruce top, flamed maple back and side. Adds a sparkle to every strum. Excellent condition with only one noticeable ding (back of neck, pictured). Comes with gorgeous original Larrivee case. $1600 shipped (PPFF or fees on your side) or trade in the $1800-$2000 range. Happy to add cash to trade up, less likely to trade down but always willing to consider it. Send me a PM if I missed anything! Thanks! Last edited by lukepeacock; 04-10-2020 at 08:55 PM. |

Sure thing! 1 3/4" nut width, 2 7/32" string spacing, 24" scale; not sure how they refer to the neck carve but it's definitely what most builders call a "modern" profile -- not terribly chunky, fairly flat across the back, all that.
It has slightly more low end than you'd expect from a small maple guitar, but its real awards come when strummed; it has a great high end and tons of projection. Thanks Paul! |

I have this very same guitar which I bought new in 2005. I don't think I ever had a thought of selling it and I won't. Great little guitars.

What a beauty! Love that flamed maple. The neck and string spacing are too narrow for me or I would jump on this. I do want to say that I think Larrivee's are wonderful guitars and often undervalued. I have a custom P03Z (Moon spruce with Zebrano body) with wider neck (17/8) and string spacing (2 3/8) and absolutely love it. The 24" scale on these is really nice. But don't think of these as "just" couch guitars. True, the 24" scale makes them comfortable to play in many situations. But make no mistake, these are very high quality instruments that punch above their weight class in many respects.
GLWS!

Not sure how this hasn't sold yet, but I dropped the price to try to help with that.

Beautiful parlor guitar.
What sort of instrument or other gear are you looking for, or not looking for, in trade? |

Nice, I've got the *L* body version of this and I'll not part with it.
Good luck with the sale !

Shout out for a great little guitar. Bought mine new in the mid 1990's. My teenage daughter has co-opted it for her own and I expect it will leave home with her when she goes off the college. We refer to it as "yellow" (yes, we name our guitars in our house).

Thanks Mark! Open to anything except modern amps or pointy guitars, but I'll shoot you a PM. Thanks!
