For Sale: 2012 McIlroy AS30C Custom SOLD

Up for sale is my 2012 McIlroy AS30C Custom, handbuilt by Dermot McIlroy in Ireland. Beautifully aged, honey-colored solid Sitka Spruce top and gorgeous solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides. Like all McIlroy guitars this one is a work of art to both eyes and ears.

The AS body size is Dermot’s OM sized guitar and is super comfortable. (Slightly larger than the Lowden S body, deeper and longer scale length.) Incredible tone and projection. Sounds great in DADGAD or standard.

Custom options include:
Two Celtic knots: one on heel cap and one on 14th fret
Rosewood edge bindings
Ebony fretboard bindings
Ebony headstock faceplate

In very good to excellent shape. No cracks but a few dings on the top and on the binding. The most noticeable are some marks where the pick guard would be. Very little fretwear. (More pictures gladly available upon request.)
