Default The Mug of Brown Ale ( Irish Trad)

☘️☘️☘️☘️ Always taken from the booklet "Down the Brae" by David Surette, a little Jig in DGDGCD.

I just wrote a little intro to launch the theme.

Interpreted on my Parlor from Jean-marie Fouilleul, a delight ....

That was fun! Nice arrangement, nice performance! Thank you for posting your video here.

I recorded that tune under the title of “Paddy in London”, which I got from an accordion player in San Diego over 20 years ago. However, a quick check at thesession.org has a completely different melody under the title “Paddy in London”, and thesession.org has pretty much what you played under the title “Thge Mug of Brown Ale”

Wonderful performance and recording. What is your setup for recording Remy?

Thanks!

Thank you for listening.
In the end I know little about Irish music as a whole. I stay focused on the guitar in DADGAD
