Need help buying vintage Ibanez Artist

I'm considering buying a late 70's Ibanez Artist. It looks to be in very good condition except for this crack in the finish at the neck / body joint. Is thi sok for this vintage guitar or is it a reason to pass on it ?

i have a vintage ibby, a '77 2618.

mine does not have that crack, but i've seen this before, and most of the time, it is only a finish crack.
