After reading all the thoughts on the subject......I have removed the Ramuda.

I used to because I figured if anyone wanted to chat about something I had or owned we could PM each other. Now I don't because my stable changes fairly regularly and sometimes its felt kind of braggy because I've been blessed to have some great instruments over the years.

I removed mine from my signature because I was told I have too many guitars. I hear that complaint from my wife already; AGF is supposed to be a haven for enablists.

This being an acoustic guitar forum, I originally had only my acoustic listed, but since topics occasionally range more generally on musical and instrument issues, I've just now listed them all.

They actually do. I searched yesterday for "Oskar Graf" guitars and found a few threads where the only reference to OG was someone's sig.

I removed the brand names, but kept the guitars. An experiment that better articulates how I view my herd.

I get why you might feel this way, but I just wanted to say that I recently asked this question and was very thankful for the responses--now I'm looking seriously at an Oskar Graf and a Jason Bowerman. I had never heard of those two before and likely wouldn't have run into them or even noticed them among the myriad names you see on sites like guitar gallery.

I don't know, in my old fashioned ways listing what one has seems a bit presumptuous to me. The fact that I have so much money wrapped up in guitars often causes me to wonder what I was thinking. Of course, it doesn't bother me what guitars people list in their signature, just as I'm sure people don't care that I don't list mine.
