Smoke gets in your eyes - fun to play:

Lagrima - purchased a Chapdelaine CD after hearing him play in Santa Barbara and this was my favorite piece. Fairly simple actually, but I like his rendition.

Slow Blues in E - Daddy Stovepipe - this one is so much fun to play I can hardly believe it. I seem to come up with improvisations on this that are awesome.

Last night I was up late, playing with a thong of soft leather woven into the strings above the bridge as a mute (the best way I know how to play reggae with an acoustic) and figuring out a fingerpicking version of Bob Marley's "Concrete Jungle"

One I'm working on now is "All My Life" by America. Great song.

Led Zepplin’s the Rain Song but I am embarrassed to say that I am having trouble playing and getting the proper vocal phrasing at the same time. Playing just the guitar part is not so bad. Going to take some more work

FINALLY learned "City of New Orleans" after a full six months of trying. So many chords AND words. I'd get the lyrics right, then screw up the chords; then I'd get the chords right and screw up the words. Finally got it down and played it in a show a few months back. Wonderful song.

Mostly adding tunes to the mandolin repertoire lately. Just finished up with "Miss McLeod's Reel" and "Angeline the Baker". Next up is "Little Rabbit" so I can complete this medley.
