Kori...don't sweat the string change. No better or worse (IMHO) than restringing a paddle headstock...just different.

That guitar does look really nice. I am enjoying a Martin OOO17sm which is also a 12 fret acoustic and I am smitten with the bass response. Enjoy that new "used" guitar and make some great music with it.
