I don't count. I mean, it's not over 30, but it's enough that it went from being a source of pride to a source of embarrassment as it's past the point where I can play them all regularly. I got rid of any other flashy stuff though (classic car, motorcycle) so my instruments are my primary hobby.

I sold four guitars last year (2 Seagulls, a Martin D-28, and a Webber RB).

Current line-up (11 total):

Eastman E2OM (cedar/sapele)

Northwood 000 (engelmann/EIR)

Alvarez MDBG60 (spruce/hog)

Halcyon 12-fret Slope Dread (lutz/padauk)

Larrivee OM-02 (sitka/mahogany or sapele)

Pono 12-fret DS-20D (sitka/honduran mahogany)

Kalamazoo KG-21 (spruce/mahogany)

Yamaha FS800 (spruce/laminate nato)

Three electrics: Gibson LP, Fender Telecaster, and a St. Blues Bluemaster

It just so happens that I played all of my acoustics today in an attempt to find one to sale. But, man, I really love playing them all. Each is unique and fills a specific role for me. I always have a tough time down sizing...

3. McIlroy A20 (spruce/walnut)
4. Martin D-16GT (spruce/mahogany)

8. Seagull Folk (cedar/laminate cherry)

Classicals:
9. Cordoba C5 (cedar/laminate rosewood)
10. Cordoba Fusion 12 Orchestra CE (cedar/rosewood)
11. Cordoba C12 (spruce/rosewood)

But, only the top 3 and bottom 3 get regular playing time. The Martin D-16 does get a bit of playing. The rest are cased.

I had 14 at one point, but I sold the Furch Yellow, Larrivee OM-05 and Gibson J45 that I had. I miss the J45 even though I played it only once in a while, it was nice to have around for that "moment."

I'd like to get 1 electric and then call it a day. (Fender)

Thank you for your service. You guys don't get enough thanks for what you went through.
Your Welcome.
