In search of an usb interface

I'm looking for a usb audio interface especially for acoustic guitar (fingerstyle), in where I can record 3 microphones or 2 microphones and 1 guitar simultaneously. Got a budget around $250 sitting here. I hope some of you can give me advise in buying one, would be much appreciated!

Presonus makes some nice ones. Sounds like you need one with 4 inputs.

I decided on the Motu 4 Pre and am really pleased with it. A bit more money though.
