What a great idea for a thread! Brings us all together... and the talent on this thread is another level.

Kudos to you all. I’m not worthy, but except my humble version of perhaps the Dead’s easiest to play song.

My buddy and I played Cumberland Blues at every bar gig. Every one. The days seem to be behind us both... pandemic, as well as he is moving down south. Dead tunes are so great to jam. Again thanks for this thread...

Thanks for jumping in Sal. That’s a fine rendition that becomes something really special when you kick in with the harmonies and then with the second guitar. Really enjoyed it!

You sing great... and I love singing too. Maybe as much as the guitar. Thumbs up for a song I hadn’t heard in years

Nice job, Sal. That has a little of the live version feel to my ears. Cumberland blues—I’ve never heard that one in a bar, hope you get to do it again.

Thanks Sal. I disagree - at my best my singing doesn’t detract too much fro the song. There are so many around here who sing so well - you among them - I’m just trying to avoid stepping on my toes with it. But I’m glad you liked that tune and I really appreciate the encouragement!

Nice! Your son has a really nice feel for Jerry's stuff. He could get scary good if you're not careful! Look forward to seeing/hearing his new guitar and what he does with it...

Thanks, guys. Ripple always reminded me of a Coca Cola ad when I was a kid, LOL. I’d like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony....
