Thank you; you're right, I've not seen too many on the forum. He finished 2 Braz/Adi OMs before he started mine, and has a beautiful 000 about 80%.
I couldn't remember if you own/owned one of his.
If not, it would be about the only great one you've missed!

Congrats!!! That guitar is just stunning. Lynn is just such a master craftsman.

I love 12 fret dreads and jumbos. I have three and one more on the way.

Compared to you two, I'm a complete 12 fret D novice! I was just looking through the 12 fret thread and saw some of what you both own and have in the works. Just some beautiful instruments. But at least I'm off to a good start!

Thanks Juston; I'm finding out that it plays as well, and sounds as good, as it looks. So now I'm only about two dozen cool custom builds behind ya'!

I’ve heard only great things about Lynn’s guitars, and his mandolins—especially Chris Thile’s early F model—are legendary.

You're right, his mandolin demand really took off after Chris started playing #5, and owned a couple of others. He's also done restoration and repair on some of the best-known vintage mandolins out there. Guitars as well, for that matter. His knowledge of vintage instruments is encyclopedic; it's a blast to talk with him about them.

Thank you, sir! I'm having a great time with it. I think your playing style would sound great on it as well.

Thanks so much. I followed the recent thread on your Perlman/Stahl build, so you know how much I'm enjoying these first days.

Thank you! We started off thinking of the normal 42 appointments and then kinda' veered off into the ionosphere... It was incredible watching Lynn make it all come to life.
However, unlike some Brondel OM owners, I only get to order one at a time!

Wow!

Thanks for sharing! I've never had the pleasure of playing a Dude given his reputation for nailing the vintage sound.

I absolutely love the beauty of that end pin (I think it's an end pin and not a bridge pin that you posted as your last picture, right?).

Play that beauty in good health!!!
