Default removing a pick guard on my taylor 814ce

I have a new Taylor 814ce and want to remove the pick guard. I have heard of a hair dryer method, Naptha method, or both.

In your experience what was the easiest method. Have you seen any videos on this? I saw one on youtube but it didn't show much. If you have the link to share or some tips that would be great.

Much appreciated.

Heat softens the pickguard and the glue holding it. Work some dental floss under a corner and work it through, separating the pickguard from the top. Naptha removes the glue residue left behind.

It's as simple as that.
