Repair of an Art & Lutherie Cedar

I've just had a look at my old (circa early 2000s) Art & Lutherie Cedar acoustic which has sat in the loft (guilty yer'honour) and therefore subjected to high and low temps in it's hard case.

The poor thing obviously has seen enough temperature to soften the hide glue:
* the bridge is being held on by the pins
* the scratch pad has drifted down under gravity 1mm
* the neck is straight on the bass side but the treble side is showing some warp where the neck meets the body and when you look down the neck - but I'm not sure if that was there in the past or not as it could be playable.

I'm trying to figure out if it's worth fixing or not.

Now I've designed and built my own 7 string laminate neck-through carved top 28.625" scale electric from scratch planks of wood using hand tools, but I have absolutely zero experience with acoustics - so I thought I would ask advice here. I have titebond original, 3 and hide glue available, and all the bits you'd expect making that guitar (clamps, sharp things etc).

I'm thinking a plan of action:
* use the hide glue (the cold variety) to bond the bridge back on.
* address the mess of frets
* see if it plays and then look at the truss rod/action
