I have adopted a number of abused guitars and this one would have been snapped up in a minute years ago. I am at a point where I must reduce my collection.
Anyone even considering this guitar should go for it immediately. I am quite sure you will be very glad you did. |

I spoke with Chris at Taylor. He recommended against refinishing because of the cedar top. Even removing the bridge would compromise the integrity and getting the finish off would weaken the top. He said it’s better to live with the cosmetics or retop the guitar at some point.
