Default GONE Eastman AC622c

SOLD

Flamed Maple B/S and Engelmann topped beauty with flamed maple binding on the body, fretboard and headstock. This guitar is in really nice shape, with one exception. There was a ding in the top in the upper bout area (see photo). It has been drop filled. No other issues. No electronics, no modifications ... OHSC is like new.

I have an Eastman AC508 (mahogany GC - really lovely) and have played (and nearly took home) an AC522 mahogany, and love the Englemann topped guitars that Eastman does! Also a fan of maple guitars, so how does the maple sound with Englemann? The flamey back is stunning!

Ronbo...

This is a 2009 model and has developed a full rich tone ... nothing thin or tinny... with great low end and remarkable trebles...

The maple lining on the soundboard, fretboard and headstock are classy and the gold turners go great with the flamed maple back...

She looks and sounds great!!!! gene

This is a gorgeous Eastman with absolutely beautiful tone. I have the same guitar except my model has an archback. These guitars will turn folks into an Eastman fan and a maple body fan. You are quite off on your pricing, your guitar presently lists for $1875, take off $100 for no pickup, thus list at $1775 and street price about $1420. See www.eastmanguitars.com A comparable Taylor or Martin would be around $4000. My luthier is a Martin certified repair luthier, he did a set up on my Eastman maple body and was kind of shocked when playing it, adding that he couldn't buy the materials to build the guitar for it's street price.

For that price, I'd buy it in a heart beat if I didn't already have it's twin cousin.

Momanbilly...

Should I raise the price???? Not really

I put the price here because of the ding on the top... I want the new buyer to be pleased they got a really great guitar for 1/2 price and get a whole bunch of enjoyment out of this wonderful instrument.... gene
