This 2008 Gibson Acoustic Limited Edition Master Archetype Custom J-45 African Zebra wood acoustic guitar pays tribute to a classic J-45 acoustic design while adding an incredible combination of tonewoods and appointments. This beauty includes a Sitka spruce top, AAA African zebra back and sides, handmade tuning machines, and distinctive checkerboard purfling.



Only 12 total instruments were made, this is #6 of 12.

CONDITION NOTES:The condition is excellent. No dents, impressions, cracks, or deep scratches. There are a couple very shallow scratches on the bottom bout that barely catch a fingernail that could easily be polished out. She shows a very light patina from honest respectful play, as I take super good care of my guitars.

I just have to add... as a huge Gibson guy... this guitar is both a collector's piece and a little piece of history.. Ren Ferguson's chapter w/ Gibson is over and things like this will only get more rare. Even though I'm not a buyer (unfortunately) and have no affiliation with the seller, I can recognize that this is really something special. .
