Default Bach Prelude BWV 1007 on Córdoba Mini Guitar

Let’s hear how’s this cute Córdoba mini guitar sounds on a music of Bach Cello Suite No.1 BWV 1007.
It is a classical guitar transcription in C major by Richard Wright but since the Córdoba mini is tuned in minor 3rd higher (G tuning), the music becomes Eb major.

You really got the most out of that little guitar!

I have an arrangement in D but the arrangement in C seems to be efficient. I would like to give that a try.

Do you have a link where I could find the arrangement in C?

Thanks so much!

Default Bach Prelude BWV 1007 on Córdoba Mini Guitar

Thx Mike! Yes, I try to get more something from this little guitar in which I changed its tuning with carbon string to improve its projection and tone quality.
I played D major version too in which it is a mainstream approach since it it sounds great on classical guitar while the C major sounds fine but not great.
However, the C major version I played is great on mini guitar, either G or A tuning. I don’t have a link for Wright transcription which is published by Cadenza Music, since I ordered a hard copy online.
So, you may try your luck on google. Mr. Wright version is relatively new, I heard a C major version from Stanley Yate who added more basses while Wright version almost add nothing.

Very nicely done! I am very familiar with the transcription and Richard.

Thanks Optic Hero! It is a rare transcription with faithfulness to the original which is the approach I like.
It would be great if you can send my video to Richard whom may interests in the tuning other than C major.

Thx TRose, try Wright version on a regular classical guitar with Capo, it sounds great!
