Default Fender Pro Junior Tube amp DONE

I have a Fender Pro Junior tube amp in blonde tolex in mint condition. I am the only owner. The amp has not be altered or moded. This is not the Pro Junior III but rather the earlier version. I am not an electric player but am looking for any advice on what I should be pricing this at to sell quickly. Is it a popular amp for electric players or is it a lessor known or unpopular amp?? Would appreciate any info. Thanks

you may want to check on ebay and reverb sold prices as that would tell you a lot.

play music!

It's a good amp, and shouldn't prove too hard to sell. If you're selling on Reverb, around $300 seems to be a sweet spot for the used ones in good shape (if you can afford to wait) - a new one costs about $420. However, looking at sold listings on eBay, it looks like $250-$260 if you want it to sell quickly.

Um, have you tried running that nice new Peerless archtop through it yet...?

You might change your mind...

Hey Steve...loving my Peerless Archtop. I actually did try running it through my Fender Pro Junior. And I like what I am getting from my Fishman Loudbox 100 more than what the Fender can do. If I was after some grit and distortion I might like the Fender more. But I can get that with a pedal. So I decided to sell this Fender and go another way.

Specs are its a single channel amp with tone and volume. Thats it. Its lightweight and small but not a miniature. Has 15 watts powering a Celestian 10 inch speaker which says Fender on it. Very loud. Very clear. Very well known and widely respected. Just look on line at reviews and its rated very highly for practice, home or stage. Would do well in a rock band for gigs up to 200 people and after that you mic it. With the volume set 1-5 you get warmer tones and not a lot of break up so it works well for jazz, easy rock, blues. After 5 and up to 10 you get more of the crunch and fuzz. The tone knob covers a wide range of tones from high to low. This is used by a lot of blues and jazz players for that reason. They can play rhythm and keep the tone down or play lead and turn up the treble.
This one is easy to transport and has a very nice leather handle on top for that purpose.
The tubes can be changed out easily as they are very accessible and this is what a lot of players do, keep trying new tubes until they find what they like.

Its priced at $310. which is a fair price considering the blonde tolex is vastly prefered over the basic model. This one is in perfect condition and I do mean perfect. No signs that its ever been out of the box it came in.
This will serve anyone wanting to play rock, jazz, blues, country, metal, and many other styles of music. It works very well with pedals in front of it too.

There are fewer than five hours on this amp and it has sat in my studio since new. I am the original owner.

I will send photos but just google 'Fender Pro Junior blonde tolex' and you will see a lot of photos that look exactly like this one. The looks nor the style has changed in years though now they have a Fender Pro Junior III. This is not that one.

If you have more questions or want specific photos, please ask. I will gladly send you what you want. I am selling because it never gets used.

Sounds like someone got a great amp! One of two amps I sold that I regretted (the other was a Tech 21 Trademark 60)
