I ultimately passed on both but the Anthem was far more natural sounding, which makes sense as there´s a mic involved. In terms of consistency, you will probably find that the Anthem is far easier to install. I am not knocking the Amulet but even with the jig, you still may need to experiment with placement.

The Anthem model where you can blend the mic in and out, I understand there is a cheaper Anthem that is less flexible, has an advantage in louder band situations. I'm not a fan of undersaddle pickups in general, but they are less feedback prone. The Trance will be more soundboard transducer like because, that's what it is, and less invasive.
Really the best system for flexibility is the Cole Clark three way. That is the best gigging guitar ever IMHO. It covers all the bases, and you get a fine interesting guitar with it.

After having the Anthem SL in both my Mark Angus 6 and 12 string guitars for 8 or 9 years, I would NEVER recommend that system to anyone who actually cares about how their guitar sounds, unplugged... the impact of (my opinion) the UST portion of the pickup seems to suck out a bunch of volume and alter the tone, as well. As a pickup, I liked the Anthem; workable, fairly feedback resistant ( I play solo most times) and very nice sound, but the degradation of the natural sound of the guitar is far too great a stumbling block for me.
I've heard the Amulet sounding great, as well as "so so"... of the two you mentioned, I 'd go with the Amulet, making certain that whoever installs it KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING WITH THAT PICKUP! My latest favorite is the Dazzo; I have them in both my acoustic 6 and 12 string now... hard to beat the sound, especially when using one of the little SunnAudio preamps (mounts inside the soundhole) designed to pair with it... again, you would want to have it installed by someone who knows that installation process...

Amulet for me... but the Anthem is nothing to sneeze at.
