Default Voice Recorder Format Help

I'm looking to buy a voice recorder and I'm not sure which ones will allow me to upload the recording to my computer and then to my iPod. This is the only thing I want in the recorder so it's a must.

Here are the recorders I'm looking at:

Olympus VN-2100PC
It's recording format: CELP+ADPCM

Olympus VN-3100PC
Same Recording Format

I'm mostly concerned with these two. I don't know if they'll play on my iPod.

Olympus WS-100
Recording Format: WMA

I own the Roland R0-9 digital recorder. It has a USB connector/cable. All you do is open the folder of the card file on your desktop and drag the audio files into iTunes--voila! You've got the digital file on your iTunes Library. Move it to your iPod.
I have found the R0-9 to be a great product, easy to use, and very versatile.
