Depends on the design of the preamp. ESx.x maybe 25 hours, various Fishman Aura versions <25 hours, simplest Baggs Element maybe 200 hours (now you've got your week!).
I think a good knock on ESx.x is even lacking any complex features it has really crummy battery life. The last ES PCB I looked at had 4 low noise (not particularly power efficient) dual op amps. Compare that to a rechargeable Mi-Si preamp with a single transistor. The Baggs Element is similarly designed without opamps. Now look how impressive Aura is! 25 hours playing back an IR, EQ, a user interface, tuner, WOW!
