Default Faith Owners’ Club :)

Hi Guys & Ladies. Thought it may be a good idea to start a Faith Club. All faith guitars are made from all-solid wood and they are value-for-money guitars! Faith owners, please post pictures of your guitars here. Thanks!

This is my 9-month old Faith Venus Blood Moon Burst (FVBMB). It is made from full solid Trembesi (top, side & back). I was unfamiliar with Faith guitars and happened to stumble upon a few Youtube videos of this guitar while watching videos of the K24CE. After watching a few videos about this guitar, I fell in love with it (had GAS).

One video featured Hannah Trigwell. I didn’t know who she was but I watched this video (below) and found out she was quite a well known singer in UK. She uses Faith guitars too.

I was eager to get this guitar and I checked who the distributor was in the country where I am from...and had to wait about 3 months before the guitar arrived. But it was worth the wait. If you want to know more about this guitar and how it sounds, watch the attached video links below.

I sure was happy and didn’t mind when I found out that this guitar was voted UK’s Best Acoustic Guitar in 2016. This guitar is good for those (like myself) who are not yet ready to spend above $2,000 on a guitar. Let’s just call it a “poor man’s alternative to a K24CE”!

Please feel free to comment or ask questions even if you don’t own a Faith guitar. I’ll try my best to answer if I can.

I had a Faith Venus High Gloss . I loved the sound, loved the quality of the finish and the attention to detail. Great too that they come left handed The pick up too was good.
But, the thin neck and narrow string spacing meant that my fingers felt cramped, and I was fumbling chords.(Though it was easy to play single note runs) After ten minutes or so each time I picked it up,I would put it down and play something else.Eventually it stayed in its case. Very reluctantly it had to go.
Lovely guitars if they sit well in your hand. Try one first!

My dad has the same guitar. You do get allot for your money. I just feel the top lacks a little resonance

I posted a NGD for my lovely Faith Mercury parlour guitar back in August. Still astounded by the projection on this little beastie. I've since tried a Mars slope dreadnought, but found the neck a smidgeon too narrow. However, they do make a 12 fret 1 3/4" nut Mars with mahogany and cedar. I am sorely tempted to get one when I can get away with it. (Three NGDs this year was perhaps a bit excessive!!!)

Anyway, in response to the OPs request:

Thanks! Yes, solid Engelmann Spruce top and solid mahogany back/sides.

I had an account here a few years ago, but I don't know why it was deleted

Your Trembesi Venus looks great hanging on the wall. The sides really stand out in this picture!
