You do realize that lawyers go through the language on these labels right? They have to review everything the company publishes to make sure that no statements made imply any warranty or guarantee outside of company policy. Hence the wonky language. One of the most boring classes I ever took was Business Law 3201 at LSU. Tedious.

That last one is so silly it wouldn’t even fool a novice player.

OK, sure. Throw lawyers in the mix.
Nevertheless, amongst whatever "educated" people that laid eyes on it, they produced that label. Bored lawyers aren't exempt.

If that label is real, "some splainin' is due, Lucy". And, if real, what else might be missed/ignored at final inspection?

I have my own Gibson QC story (J200) from many years ago and is one of several reasons I haven't had any other Gibsons. Not trying to start anything, just saying I'm not especially interested.

I bet the good folks at Chibson cut back on costs by having no lawyers. And no truss rods, apparently.

I think the label is "real" in the sense that it exists and is stuck inside a guitar, but the guitar is not a real Gibson.

That would explain it. Back to the Chinese furniture instructions analogy. Note the last sentence, "Qualrry" Sometimes you can't write this stuff. Then again, turns out you can!

You would think they could at least spell "Bozeman" correctly.
