Default Fishman Customer Service for the win...again!

Got to my weekly Wednesday night gig last night, plugged everything into my Fishman Loudbox Performer and noticed the Channel Mute button was lit up. It wouldn't turn off and obviously no sound would come out. Luckily I was only about 20 minutes from home so I made a quick run and picked up my Loudbox Artist to play the show.

Called Fishman customer service this morning and spoke with Derek who said it was most likely that one of ribbon connectors inside the amp had worked loose. Sent me PDF instructions for removing the head. In about 30 minutes I had the head off, ribbon cable connectors cleaned with CNC Contact Cleaner and the amp back together functioning perfectly. That's great service!

Ditto 100% on Fishman customer service as I’ve posted several times here!
I’ve been with Fishman a decade now, was a featured artist for the LBP at one of their SoCal dealers till they closed due to the Lockdown. However, Fishman always comes through and known Derek and especially Mike over the years. They gifted me a new LBP Bluetooth last year! I have four LB’s and they take a beating. I know them inside and out having taken them apart several times replacing speakers etc... I’m so happy this worked out for you Mick and to continue to hear the echo of Fishman’s outstanding customer service!
