New original in DADGAD: "Weekday Slumber"

Hi Folks!!

"Weekday Slumber" was composed some years ago, but has never been showcased on AGF. I've been working on it recently and changed a few things, plus recorded on another guitar....the Doerr Legacy.
Recorded about ten days ago.....hope you enjoy!

Aw, thanks so much, Mike! Really appreciate it. Ended up putting quite a bit of time of this one.....not that it's a hard piece, but wanting to get the flow down and bring out certain notes to try and make it work. I'm so pleased you liked this one....again, thank you!

Very nice acoustic guitar music.

Rene hit the nail on the head with the word “serene” while describing this. I’ll add “placid” and “pacific” (and even a banal “peaceful” for good measure).

Yes, the guitar built by Tom Doerr is really special. It's the only commission I've ever done.....almost feels like no need for another!
