Anyone know the tab for this song?
Do you ever hear a piece of music and think to yourself, "I MUST learn how to play that?" That's how I feel about this really cool ragtime tune:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUcIQ2aDd7E I've watched it dozens of times and even slowed down the video to try to figure out how to play it, but I've only been able to deciper the first few notes. If anyone has, or could put together, the tablature, I'd be grateful! |

The original is on a Martin Koa Authentic
I do play that one, mostly. Never saw any TAB though.
It is a great tune, one of my favorites, also tend to intersperse portions of Blind Blake's "Guitar Chimes" along with it, seems to go well. The original is here: https://youtu.be/1BOuqNgxUmM The video you posted, is that guy's version of the original. It's fairly simple really. Starts off in C with a G bass. There is an F chord in there, and a D7 played like a C7 in 3rd position. When he is sliding up the neck it is just the diminished chord position being moved. You can use free open source software called "VLC" (video LAN client) to slow down the video without changing the pitch, to help understand how this piece is played.

Maybe start with something similar but simpler, like "I know you got something there" - which will show you some of the same progressions. https://youtu.be/WMmW27mVONY Looks like there are several lessons on that one, and also TAB. Some of the chord progressions are the same as the first video you wanted to learn, but in simpler form.
