Default X10 Emerald question

I’m sure this has probably been asked before and I searched but didn’t find anything to answer this one.
To those of you who have a newer X10 , what is the width of the neck at the 12th fret please?
If you have an X10 and X20, is there a very noticeable difference between the two necks?

Martin;

Since a number of Emerald guitars are custom, the width can vary. You can do a chat with Emerald and find the standard for in-stock instruments.

X10
Nut Width 1 11/16“, 43mm
Bridge Spacing 2 Ό", 57mm

X20
Nut Width 1 Ύ", 44.5mm
Bridge Spacing 2 Ό", 57mm

I don't own an X10, but I have played one or two. It feels more like the neck of electric guitar than an acoustic to me. So yes, I felt cramped on the X10 when I was messing around on it. I have big fingers, so a 1 3/4" neck is my minimum for a standard guitar.

Based on the above numbers, the X10 should be close to 50mm at the neck and the X20 a hair bigger at about 2 inches which corresponds to what I see on my X20.

I just measured my X10 neck width at the 12th fret: 2 1/4" (using a tape measure, so keep in mind potential user "eyeballing"). For further reference, my X10 has a 24.6" scale, making it a 13-fret to the body... not sure if this would be different from the stock 25.5" scale.

I have some guitars that are 1 3/4" nut width and some that 1 11/16" (like the X10); I don't notice a big difference going back and forth. We are about 1,800 miles away from home right now, so I can't measure an X20 for you. From my recollection, the neck is narrower all the way up on the X10.

Capt Jim, that’s the exactly what I needed, the width at the 12th.

My X20, that I’m having issues with at the 12th, is also 2-1/4” wide so it appears that an x10 neck would also be too wide for my thumb to fret the Low E around the 10/12th fret area as is the X20. Of course unless it is a thinner, not so chunky of a feeling neck, such as the X20 is.

Oh well, seems a special order neck is in the future or accept the fact that I’m just going to have to limit my thumb picking tunes on the X20, or return this one and pay their custom neck up charge and wait on the guitar.

Thanks to everyone that posted a reply.
