I've never looked into Alex DeGrassi, thanks for the info. Ed's tunes are slow going for me. The Promised Land is most likely his easiest tune out there.

Wow, almost a year later!

Hi Barry,

I WISH YOUR RECORDING WAS STILL AVAILABLE.

Anyway, even though he capo'ed up two frets in that video, his guitar was tuned down a half step, so normally just capo up one fret in drop D.

I tuned my guitar down a full step and then capo'd I believe for this tune.

That was lovely. Sorry to hear about your health issues, something I can sympathise with as someone whose battled with wrist injuries these last 18 months. Ed is a fine composer I need to catch up with his work again.
