Default soundfile

hi folks,

thank you for the friendly comments.
It is like always a little bit stressy before christmas, but I tried to pick up a little tune with my little tascam and therefore that because of the changing of climate we will probably have no white christmas this year, I decided to pick up a soundfile with snow.
By the way honestly I can confirm that playing a new guitar during the longest night of the year can be a nice activity for an old guy -surely among others -.
I hope you ernjoy it. I can only say now I understand all these innovations Tobias had explained und it has beside the power the strong bass and the response such a wonderful clarity and selecticity:
big compliment to the luthier
all the best

Default last soundfile

hi folks,

thank you so much for your kind comments.
In our country we say good things come in threes and because of the fact that this old Claptonsong seemed to be made for this guitar I add the third file.

https://soundcloud.com/guitarchie-1/...derful-tonight

It's very impressing how fast the voice is developping and how this responsive back seems to create an allaround-sound which is very, very rar in the guitarworld of acoustics and it makes me a little bit sad, that the mp3, even a wav-file is not able to render that impression.

So the last time for this year all the best

Only to show a wonderful sounddevelopment and sure to wish all a happy new year with the verylast soundfile of the verylast custom-order, a tango as a mixture from common patterns and own ideas, a dance for living on the edge in our wonderful world (in our country we say dancing on a volcan)

Default sounddevelopment

hi folks,

because of a wonderful sounddevelopment in only the first month, I decided to show it under the inspiration of the new movie about Queen. Sorry but this new arrangement needs a singing voice and I had no other, so a whole octave lower.

Thanks for sharing. It sounds like your new guitar has a big deep voice. Would you say it's heavier than other guitars of a similar size?

Default weight

sorry for the late answer,

it's difficult to compare the weight, because of the special form. But to me -I'm usually a jumbo-player - it is a light guitar not heavier than a comparable size. I suppose the reason is the very thin responsive back and the holes ind the shelterback.
It's also very impressing to put an ear near the back. Therer is not so much difference of power of the voice to the soundhole in the soundboard.
To me it's very impressing that a relatively small guitar has such a power with that breathtaking selectivity (I hope that's the right expression)
Perhaps I will find a song which could demonstrate that better.

all the best

Default modern music ?

hi folks,

I'm happy that the next generation seems to like "handcrafted" music too.
Besides an impressing sound-development of an extraordinary guitar.

thank you so much for your kind words,

although I've changed the soundfile because of my impression that the woman's part should be sang by a woman.

all the best
