True. Steve Hill is a bit of a local legend for his one-man show, and he picked up a cheap acoustic a while back and played it to death for that same jailhouse thump. I’ve gotten well away from gear snobbery, and as long as the action doesn’t kill my fingers, I’ll play it ;-)
