Might be ok as described if the color does not bother you and there is no or low shipping charges. Otherwise I'd go with new panels say from ATS.

They've only got 2" OC in them, so ok for movable gobos, clouds, back wall or point-of-first-reflection panels. But not corners, and they won't do much low end attenuation.

The overall dimensions are listed as 3" thick - but if they used 1x3 lumber, that's about 2-5/8 actual thickness. OC is available in 1", 2" and 4" thicknesses. Very doubtful they sandwiched 1" and 2" together, so I assume its really 2" of OC in them.

Leaving an air gap on the backside is a good way to build those. That way you can hang the frame flush to the wall and still maintain that air layer.
